Clients Meeting Place

Unreal Tournament Model Development:

Taken From:

I chose this projection to incorporate as my meeting place as I felt it was the most interesting and my best drawn design. I felt it captures both clients intentions.

Inspiration

I took my inspiration to develop my axonometrics, from many architectural designs. The images above where some of my favourite images which gave me alot of inspiration.

Electroliquid Aggregation

Re-written Quote:

The quotes used are taken from my chosen clients, Cousteau and Nobel, which are combined to enforce each other!

"From birth, man carries weight of expectation on his shoulders. But man needs only one good idea from thousands, and he is free"

Qualities of Light and Shadow

This image by Erika Kruger, a student from Wellington, stood out to me and gave me many ideas towards my design and the ways in which I can use light and shading in my textures to portray a desired effect. Erika has successfully manipulated light and shading to produce a interesting and extraordinary image that fascinates me.

This is the effect I want to use in my Unreal Tournament designs as I believe it will stand out from the rest. Erika has done an impressive job and this image lets me draw inspiration, ideas and techniques to allow me to create better textures as well as axonometrics.

ALFRED NOBEL

"If I have a thousand ideas and only one turns out to be good, I am satisfied."

JACQUES YVES COUSTEAU

"From birth, man carries the weight of gravity on his shoulders. He is bolted to earth. But man has only to sink beneath the surface and he is free."

Reference

KEITH CAMPBELL

"Cloning may be good and it may be bad. Probably it's a bit of both. The question must not be greeted with reflex hysteria but decided quietly, soberly, and on its own merits. We need less emotion and more thought"

Final Sketchup Model in Google Warehouse

This model reveals three spaces:

An above ground studio space for Fiona Hall's 'Medicine bundle for the non-born child 1993-94'.

A gallery space for the two works

A below ground studio space for Rosalie Gascoigne's 'Ensign, 1995'.
